What is your pet policy? Are they allowed?
Yes! Friendly pets are welcome here! Pets must be leashed at all times and under the control of their owner. Please remember to pick up after your pet to keep the environment enjoyable for all guests.
What is your vehicle policy?
- Guests are allowed 1 vehicle per booked campsite. A vehicle may tow a trailer, this is still considered "1 vehicle".
- All off-road vehicles must have the required insurance coverage when travelling on Forest Service Roads.
- Additional vehicles are allowed with a separate permit.

Do you have any public Wifi?
- Unfortunately no. We are located in a wilderness area just outside of most cellular and hardwired internet service.
- Our site office DOES have a landline for emergency use only.
- If you require cellular or internet connectivity, it's a short 10 minute drive into Chilliwack and cellular coverage area(s).
Does the campground have garbage pickup?
- We do NOT have garbage pickup service and there are no garbage cans on site. Similar to many back-country recreation sites, this is a "pack-in, pack-out" campground. Please take everything with you when you leave.
Do you have any discounted sites?
- Yes - we have a half-price (50% off) rate for Seniors or Persons with a Disability. These discounts are ONLY available on certain First Come First Served sites. The discount rates are not available on the reserved sites via the website.
What is your booking & cancellation policy?
- Our 2025 Camping season starts April 1 and ends October 31.
- Group sites can be booked in advance for the entire season (until end of October of current year). Individual and double campsites can only be booked 30 days in advance of arrival date.
- Maximum booking duration for a site is 14 days.
- Online reservation fees for all sites are non-refundable once booking is made.
- Individual sites are refundable (site fees only) up to 14 days before arrival, less than 14 days before scheduled arrival is NOT refundable.
- To cancel a booking 14 days or more in advance of your scheduled arrival, you may email us at thurston@campchilliwackvalley.ca OR phone our office at the number listed at the top of this webpage. You must include your reservation/booking number in all requests or communication regarding your reservation.
- Refunds can only be processed back to the same credit card used to create the reservation.
- A number of sites are available as First Come First Served (not reservable). See the Site Details & Map page for more information.
What name appears on my credit card bill when I book online?
- Credit card charges for reservations show on your CC statement as "CampChilliwackValley".
- We Accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards via our Payment Processor, Stripe.
What payment methods do you accept for First Come First Served campsites?
- All on site payments (First Come First Served sites) are cash only. We cannot accept credit cards in person at this time.
- First Come First Served campsites are indicated by PINK campsite numbers on the campsite maps.

What is the PIN code I see on my booking confirmation email?
- Your PIN code is provided as a convenience for booking multiple visits throughout the year. Once you have booked your first trip, you are assigned a PIN code, only provided in the confirmation email. Keep this private, it's only for your own use.
- If you book a return trip, you may enter the PIN code in the booking page to retrieve your personal information (Name, address, phone number). Payment methods must be re-entered each time you make a new reservation on the payment page.
